Reports from The Post's Joseph Même today indicate that current LA Galaxy GM Dennis te Kloese is a candidate to succeed Gerard Nijkamp as the next FC Cincinnati General Manager.

Dennis te Kloese has been the general manager of LA Galaxy since December of 2018, having previously served as director of national teams for the Mexican Football Federation. His appointment would check a number of boxes speculated to be part of FC Cincinnati's search, including the expected emphasis on prior MLS experience. In addition to his time at Galaxy, Kloese previously worked in the league from 2005-2008 as the sporting director at the later-contracted Chivas USA club.

The Post will have more on this story as it develops.
